You Make DECISIONS all the time
Decision as a Choice
A decision is a choice. A choice you make from two or more alternatives or possibilities. Learning to make your own decisions is an important task as adolescence.Minor decisions are easy to make and do not require much thought (i.e. What clothes to wear. What to eat for lunch). Some minor decisions are so routine that they become a habits. You ACT without even knowing you are making decisions. Major decisions are harder to make. They require a lot of time and thought (i.e. for teens, whether to stay in school and or to use alcohol/drugs).
Consequences
Consequences are the result or effects of decisions. Don't make decisions blindfolded. Decisions also can be classified as short term, which means, that it don't affect you for a long time. Long terms choices affect your life long after they are made. When you face a difficult choice, you maybe tempted to avoid making decisions. Remember even deciding not to decide means you are making a decision.Deciding by default means you are leaving a decision to chance, deciding not to decide. Alternatives are possibility or choice. In decision making process, you choose from two or more alternatives. Procrastinate means to put off doing something that should be done right away.
